Enrolment Information at Cooloongup Primary School

All Applications for enrolments are carried out at the School Office.  A Birth Certificate or extract (Original or certified copy) , Australian Immunisatation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement no older than two (2) months and proof of address are required when completing application for enrolment forms.

Local Intake Area

Our school has a local-intake area, an eligible child whose place of residence is within that area is guaranteed enrolment in the compulsory years of schooling (Pre-primary to Year 6).

As Kindergarten is non-compulsory schooling once our classes have reached capacity children will be put onto a waitlist.

Our Enrolment process: fill out an Application form, available above. Once this Application has been accepted by our Principal or Deputy Principal, a brief interview will be arranged, where you will receive the Enrolment Pack.

The Enrolment Pack contains Information such as:

  • Information about your Occupation and Education
  • Consent Forms
  • Student Health Care and Wellbeing

Supporting documents may be required if your child has specialist medical requirements such as Allergies, Asthma etc or diagnosis paperwork. To ensure we cater for their needs adequately.

We also require any court documentation regarding the day to day care of your child if applicable.

Once all forms are completed your children’s Enrolment will be confirmed and a class allocated.

Expressions of Interest are open for 2024! 

To apply for enrolment in the program, please fill out an Expression of Interest form and forward to the school via email or in person. The SLP does have a limited number of places and students are assessed on eligibility and suitability for the program.
