If you would like to enrol your child at Cooloongup Primary School you need to check our local intake area. If you are in our local intake area, please fill in an Application form and bring it with you into the school along with a copy of your child’s birth certificate, immunisation or exempt from immunisation records, proof of address and any custody advice information if required.
